Carburettor

Hi,

My Carb would definitely be total cleaned up since it is easily clogged. This is what it looks when disassembled.



A lot of part aint it? i got it soaked in a race fuel.. UNI1203..it is 102RON i suppose. the jets are cleaned (barely) with wire. i'm suck because i use a thick wire to do this and still clogged. at this point i think the pilot had no holes. the next day i try it again but with hair.(lame, i know) but it shows that there is hole in it.

still not start.

i brought it to my friend and he just stick a thin wires through it. then i just realise that there is hole in that jet.DAMN!

i plug the carb on the bike but still wont start.

next week i try to pour fuel on the plug hole,install back the plug and Voila! it starts! hurrah!

Top set Gasket

Hi,

It have been a long time since i last update on my bike. I would like to say that i have receieved the top set gasket, directly from US of A. It is Vesrah made. They claim it is the same or better quality with the original part. Well, its just a gasket so i dont think i'm gonna spend much on it.



Since it's not including the magnet cover gasket, i dont have much choice other than making it on my own..



its all have been installed, but i got serious problem getting the power valve out..so i put that on hold,and maybe get someone in the expertise to do it. it is a simple task i guess so maybe it wont cost much.

No Update..

Hi,

As we can see that its been a long time since i last update my blog. That's because i have no update on my bike. Yes, it do hurts me a lot since my budget is always so tight that even i have not buying a thing or two for the bikes i still have not enough money for it.

But Definitely i will continue the work that is due when i receive my bonus. For the time being, there is a race that attracts me A LOT. it was Supermoto race that will be held at Elite Track at USJ. I am definitely going to race on that series. It will be open category, but if i'm fast enough i think my YZ125 will smoke the 900cc KTM. That if i have the compression it needed.

Gas Tank

Hi,

I have cleaned up the dirrrty gas tank, removed its glue crap out of it. After that i sand it down to 500 & 800 grit(400 grit wasn't available)
it was supposed to be followed up with polish but i will get to that later.

Motion Pro Clutch Cable

Hi,

Last saturday i went to CBK motorsport to buy a Clutch Cable. The last time i went there i've already noticed this but got no money to buy it. It's costs me about RM120. It is different year by year on the cables, and actually i get myself the one from year '94 but mine is '92 version. I just pray that this would fit and i was lucky that it does. :)





Having that, it feels wrong if i still had the worn down clutch perch, so i treat it and give it a new coat of black paint.
