2 for the rubber lining,
30 for both front and rear installation.
Quite pricey,huh? Next time i will get my hand dirty myself.

Gas Tank Vent
Hi,
Today i received my item from the US of A, the Tusk Gas Tank Vent Valve, Silver in colour. I do believe that i order is Blue color,and also the package should arrive last week. Oh well, its not that urgent anyway so i wont nagging about it.
Next time i will be buying those Sticker that tells the temperature of the cylinder and a Hour/RPM meter..

Dog Bone
Hi,
The other day i bought billet aluminium T6061 from Kamco Sdn Bhd..

notice the newly bought hacksaw :)
i just provide them rough measurement to make a billet home-made dogbone. unfortunately, i managed to do 1 piece only! there is 2 left & right dogbone on the bikes. DAMN!well, maybe i could make a thinner dog bone for it..hrm...
The dog bone. if it is black in colour, i would definitely singing one of the Black Dog Bone song.
But when i stop by at Usop MX (near Taman Melati,just beside the MRR2), he had this in hand.. but at first he refuse to sell the dog bones only,he wanted to sell as a set.

But after some negotiating, he want to sell it for MYR70, which is OK in my opinion..so i bring the dog bone back and just simply install it,after a bit of cleaning..Sorry, no picture at this point..

Carburettor
Hi,
My Carb would definitely be total cleaned up since it is easily clogged. This is what it looks when disassembled.
A lot of part aint it? i got it soaked in a race fuel.. UNI1203..it is 102RON i suppose. the jets are cleaned (barely) with wire. i'm suck because i use a thick wire to do this and still clogged. at this point i think the pilot had no holes. the next day i try it again but with hair.(lame, i know) but it shows that there is hole in it.
still not start.
i brought it to my friend and he just stick a thin wires through it. then i just realise that there is hole in that jet.DAMN!
i plug the carb on the bike but still wont start.
next week i try to pour fuel on the plug hole,install back the plug and Voila! it starts! hurrah!

Top set Gasket
Hi,
It have been a long time since i last update on my bike. I would like to say that i have receieved the top set gasket, directly from US of A. It is Vesrah made. They claim it is the same or better quality with the original part. Well, its just a gasket so i dont think i'm gonna spend much on it.
Since it's not including the magnet cover gasket, i dont have much choice other than making it on my own..
its all have been installed, but i got serious problem getting the power valve out..so i put that on hold,and maybe get someone in the expertise to do it. it is a simple task i guess so maybe it wont cost much.

No Update..
Hi,
As we can see that its been a long time since i last update my blog. That's because i have no update on my bike. Yes, it do hurts me a lot since my budget is always so tight that even i have not buying a thing or two for the bikes i still have not enough money for it.
But Definitely i will continue the work that is due when i receive my bonus. For the time being, there is a race that attracts me A LOT. it was Supermoto race that will be held at Elite Track at USJ. I am definitely going to race on that series. It will be open category, but if i'm fast enough i think my YZ125 will smoke the 900cc KTM. That if i have the compression it needed.
